Local nonprofit organizations interested in participating in a Wednesday Community Night to raise funds for your group please use the email form below. Before emailing us, please read ahead to see if this is the right fundraiser for you and your nonprofit. Just a little bit of work will go a long way to make your fundraising night as successful as possible!
All organizations except for school organizations must be registered with the State of Maine as a 501(c) nonprofit. In order to be fully considered to host a Wednesday Community Night, your organization will be required to provide a copy of your tax-exempt certificate from the State of Maine to School Street Pub & Grill for verification purposes. Local sports booster groups affiliated with municipal and state learning institutions in the greater Gorham, Westbrook & Standish area are encouraged to apply.
Please note when applying, your group will be primarily responsible for promoting the evening and making it as successful a fundraiser as possible. All host groups must design by hand, or digitally, signs which can be posted around the pub and all other places for promotion of the night.
School Street also encourages the use of social media to spread the word. School Street will help cross promote all selected organizations on the School Street Facebook page leading up to the event.
